My Special Man!

I'm okay with those who are nosey. I think a time or two I have fallen into that category myself!:) I would love to talk about my wonderful husband.

Micah and I met each other at a mutual friend's birthday party at Wings-n-More in College Station. When people say when you least expect something it will happen...that is so the truth. I sat across the table from Micah. I could see him looking at me and asking the guy next to him who I was, but I was a little embarrassed so I tried to ignore it. After eating out we all went to our friends house to hang out and that is when Micah and I started talking. It seemed that there was always something that kept our conversation going. I was about to leave to go home when he asked me for my number. He wrote it down on a piece of newspaper.:) I remember going home to my roommates and being so excited and telling them all about him. The next day he called and we decided to go out with a bunch of friends together. From this point on it seemed that we became inseparable. Micah asked me to marry him 6 months later. We were married the following year. And now we have a beautiful, precious and amazing daughter.....OUR PAYTON!

Things I love about Micah!

(1) His LOVE! Every moment from the first time he said it to me he has always promised me and showed me his love. Absolutely no doubt about it! And now that we have Payton in our lives.....it brings chills to my skin when I see him love her the same if not more.

(2) His AMBITION! When I met Micah he had 3 part time jobs and went to school. He has never been afraid to work and work hard! He never gives up on our family or anything he wants to succeed in. I thank God for this trait in Micah everyday because we are so blessed.

(3) His HEART! My precious husband has the BIGGEST heart. He would save anything and everything if he could. It could be and animal even. Sometimes I think there couldn't be anything left to give, but he will find something, I promise.

(4) Micah is such a wonderful Daddy. He enjoys his special moments with Payton as much as I do. He always wants to make sure he gets in a game of wrestle everyday. I love it. She is already a Daddy's girl. The way they smile at each other melts my heart. I am thankful that Payton has such an outstanding Man to call Daddy!

(5) The Way he LOOKS! Yes, I am so attracted to my husband. I will not deny it! Fortunately Payton looks so much like him.....ohh she is beautiful.
